CODE OF CONDUCT
A solidarity-driven, appreciative, and respectful togetherness is also our top priority when celebrating together. By purchasing a ticket for Nation of Gondwana 2026, you acknowledge our principles:
We strive to create a more discrimination-free shared time on the festival grounds, where everyone feels as comfortable and welcome as possible. We place great value on respectful and mindful interaction. Nationalist, right-authoritarian, and other misanthropic or inhuman attitudes are incompatible with our values.
Each person brings their own experiences to the festival grounds and sets personal boundaries differently. Therefore, we expect consent and a willingness to understand in every situation.
We want to celebrate together, regardless of ethnic background, sexual orientation, gender identity, cultural or religious background, social origin, age, learning abilities, or visible and invisible disabilities. We acknowledge that our event is not inherently free from discrimination. That is why we are working with an intersectional, affected-person-oriented approach to make Nation of Gondwana safer year by year.
• We say NO to sexualized, racist, ableist, homo-, inter-, and transphobic acts of violence.
• We say NO to anti-democratic, right-wing, or fascist attitudes or actions, in any form.
• We say NO to discriminatory and harmful assaults, whether verbal or physical.
• We do not want national or regional flags at our festival.
We value individual personality rights, including the right to one’s own image. Do not photograph or film anyone without their explicit consent.
Violations of these principles will be sanctioned and may, under certain circumstances, lead to immediate expulsion from the premises.
We would also like to draw your attention to our awareness team at the Safer Space (opposite the Spelunkee entrance), which is available 24/7 and has an open ear for ALL concerns. There you will find support, help, and protection.
To ensure a great Nation of Gondwana 2026 for absolutely everyone, you are also asked to play your part. Please contact us if you feel uncomfortable or witness an unpleasant situation. In general, all staff members are connected via radio and can quickly organize support.
You can also directly approach our awareness team, recognizable by their green safety vests, or our security staff.
If you want to get in touch with us before or after the festival, have suggestions, questions, or would like to report an unpleasant experience at NoG, feel free to email: feedback@pyonen.de
Because partying together for us also means taking care of each other.
